Rules & Regulation

1) Must fill the prescribed form for admission application. Forms will be accepted every academic year.

2) Our academic sessions start in January and end in December.

3) At the time of admission, parents must submit a written declaration to the school office stating the exact date of birth of the child and it must be supported by the extracted proof from the birth registrar (corporation/municipality/gram panchayat) before a magistrate of the child’s parents/guardians. Extracts from hospital records showing date of birth along with affidavit shown by.

4) Admission test cannot be taken.

5) A student attending a recognized school may be admitted with a transfer certificate from the school he/she was last joined.

6) If a student has to withdraw before the end of the academic year, one month’s notice must be given in writing or the notice must be submitted before the withdrawal.

7) Apply in writing to the headteacher for a transfer certificate. It must be collected from the school office and a fixed fee must be paid. Duplicate copies of the transfer certificate are not usually issued.

8) Students are not allowed to bring or wear valuables like mobiles, gold jewelry, etc. It is strictly forbidden The school will not be liable for any loss of such items.

9) No strangers are allowed to meet the children.

10) Parents and guardians must notify the school immediately in case of a change of their address or telephone number.

11) Lastly, we hope parents and guardians will be very friendly and courteous with the school staff, even in the most difficult of circumstances. Parents are always requested to obtain a proper dress code when entering the school premises.
